#1. The responsible party whom is described as the “Renter “ in this Expressed & Implied contract, agrees to the Terms and Conditions stated Herein by way of acknowledgment. Both verbally, electronic signature and or by writen signature. This action will authorize the use of his or hers credit card, for compensation on owed on balances, deposits, cleaning fees, damages, overtime etc. Renter warrants and represents that he or she is at least 18 years of age. A $50. fee will be charged if contract is revised more than 2x. "No cooling off Period after deposit"

#2. A Deposit of $200. for small bus or $300. for Mega buses will be charged on Renters credit card at the time of reservation. The deposit is your down payment and will be applied as credit towards the balance due. Deposit is Non-Refundable if reservation is cancelled anytime after the reservation has been taken. (No acceptations) Cancellations made within a week (7 days) of pickup date will be subjected to 50% of contract. Cancellations made within (48 hrs.) of pickup date will be subject to 100% of contract. Deposit and Reservation is Nontransferable. Cards that are declined will be charged on an alternate date with no statute of limitations. Cards declined for service, tip, security deposits, damages etc. will be subject to 2X the amount owed.

#3. The contracted time can’t be changed to fewer hours after the reservation has been taken.

#4. Driver has the unlimited right to terminate ride if any terms and conditions are breached.
|
#5. NO SMOKING in Bus. NO ACCEPTIONS ($200) FINE IF CAUGHT or If evidence of Tobacco is found in bus. Card on file will be charged.
|
#6. Occupancy not guaranteed due to individual persons size. $40. Overage fee will be charged per person if Bus Capacity on this contract is exceeded.

#7. If the bus doesn't have a destination; one will be chosen for you. Client agrees to no charge backs for any reason on credit card. No cooling off period.
|
#8. We DON’T SUPPLY: alcohol, Ice, cups, water, etc. Renters 21 and over can stock their own bar.
|
#9. No Underage Drinkers. If caught or evidence of liquor is found on the bus, your ride will be terminated and no refund will be offered.
|
#10. Renter agrees to pay for any and all damages to the vehicle. NO FOOD allowed on board. ($100 cleaning fee) will be charged to credit card on file.
|
#11. Not responsible for actions of intoxicated passengers both before and after their ride on our bus.
|
#12. No weapons or Narcotics. ($200). Fine will be charged if caught or if evidence of either is found in bus. Ride will be terminated on the spot!
|
#13. Client must pay before boarding. Cash only. No Checks Please! Client Pays for Parking fees where applicable.
|
#14. Road hazards, traffic conditions, weather, mechanical difficulties or any other circumstance that are beyond our control (Transportation Unlimited LLC, DBA Partylounge Transportation) Won’t be held responsible and will not offer a refund. Renter rides at his own risk. If the bus requested becomes disabled prior to the pickup date an alternate bus will be chosen for you.

#15. Security Deposit of $200. Will be Authorized Only to card the day of service. This Is not a Charge!

#16. Not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items left on bus. Please take all of your belongings with you as you exit the bus!

#17. Jobs ending before the contracted time are not subject to a refund. We don’t Prorate Fares.
|
#18. Driver has no authority to renegotiate this contract. We won’t dispatch the bus if the rental contract is incomplete.
|
#19. Transportation Unlimited LLC, DBA: PartyLounge Trans. assumes no responsibility whatsoever, under any circumstances, for any passengers injuring themselves while on board. Not responsible for passengers behavior in or outside of the bus. Not responsible for passengers that commit any crimes and or placed under arrest. Renter agrees to arbitration. Renter is responsible for his guest known as "Passengers" in this contract and any negative actions them may perpetrate to themselves or others. Renter’s signature indicates full agreement with all outlined herein.

#20. Fighting on board the vehicle will terminate the ride on the spot no exceptions.

#21. Balance due in cash upon boarding. A $50. Transaction fee will be assessed if balance is placed on a Credit Card. If card is declined it will be charged again for 2x the amount owed. There is no grace period on payments. There is no statute of limitations on balances owed.

#22. If a minor makes a booking both online or over the phone in the act of misrepresentation, it is the parent’s fiduciary responsibility for their Childs actions. NO EXCEPTIONS!

#23. Contracts must be signed and faxed or emailed within 48 hours of rental date or the deposit will be forfeited and reservation cancelled.
|
#24. You may “NOT” decorate the interior or exterior of our buses without permission. Decorations left behind will be charged a Cleaning Fee $200.
|
#25. IF renter or any of your guest cause damages that will keep our bus from completing future reservations. You will be liable for the full amount of any revenues lost as a result. Plus the cost of repairs and any applicable down time associated with those repairs for as long as the bus is placed out of service. The card on file will be charged.
